i'm on a 1200 calories a day diet and i enjoy already lost 5 pounds in the closing two weeks. right now, i'm aiming for 10 to 15 pounds. i know how to diet, but i would approaching to hear from people who hold lost weight. any well turned-out tricks that helped you get done your goal? Hey I be on about a 1000 calorie diet since later september and i started out walking for an hour a day afterwards i went to jog and ive lost 64 lbs so far i weigh 172 5'9 my goal is 150 but of late eat appropriate and cardio is the most important piece, hope this helps.
Start your diet contained by the morning when you wake up since you own already been dieting for 8 hours or so and if you be paid it to noon, to be exact 12 hours of dieting.
