Any concept for motivation?

i want to be fit and work out but i have nil motivation. any ideas to gain motivated? especially in the winter? Make small goal.Do a weekly planner .eg. This week I'm going to drink 2 extra Glasses of water.And Go up and down stairs perchance 5 times.Then the next week affix on to your plan. Look at pictures of people that are the size you want to be .Then finally its adjectives up to you.You are the only one.You can do it but you want to want to do it. Get a buddy to compete with .Good Luck stick to it you can do it!!
capably tell urself that after ur workout you can enjoy a little bit of chocolate, or somethin u similar to but not loads otherwise the workout wouldnt have be worth it lol! also, i sometimes tell myself 'i hatred you you fat idiot, very soon get on that running piece of equipment and get your butt moving!' lolz sounds ruthless, but it works for me.
also imagine urself lookig rlly hot contained by a bikini. if ur a guy, im v sorry lolz

Take a martial arts class--it's a great deal of fun.
