Any tips for keeping yourself hydrated?

I was a short time ago curious as to everything you can drink with wet or anything that hydrates you fast to comfort in losing counterweight. Trying to get rid of this annoying kid fat and i'm sick of drinking regular hose. Well, flavored water is other good. It be a long road for me to start drinking water regularly and to stop craving sodas. Actually, a suitable way to touch the need to drink marine is to make it more appealing. Eat a Jalapeno, or drink some salty chips. Also, imagine of water close to it is shown on television, pure, and refreshing. After in the order of a month or two of these tactics you will initiate to crave water. It will be your first choice of beverage.

Rest for a while and munch through a lot of fruits and vegetables.
