Oatmeal and Malt-O-Meal. Add wheat germ and protein powder after cooking. Augment with raisins and bananas.
Get a juicer.
Juice ... parsley, spinach, celery, carrot and beats.
Eat unprocessed vegetables.
Avoid red meat, rice, potatoes, pasta, sugar ...all processed foods.
Homemade beans are a apposite source of protein and fiber.
Bake skinless chicken, turkey, fish and shrimp.
Pumpkin and sunflower seeds are pious for snacks ... in the shell.
RE: Ana ... Hot wing and pizza aren't really that healthy.
Anything beside fruit and veggies. If your kids are really picky and you are having a frozen time getting them to eat veggies resembling squash and such, try shredding it and putting it in something that they close to, like spaghetti or mac and cheese. Anything you get homemade should be healthy.
