Any virtuous prompt tips to lose counterbalance?

I've been trying to lose cargo for almost 2 months, i mean i drink pretty healthy, am a lacto-vegetarian. Iam not overweight just looking to loose in the order of 4 pounds, and i do walk everywhere during the daytime! what is everyone's secret? or How heaps calories should i be eating on a daily basis? ( not sure of that either so i can't preserve track) 10 steps to successful weight loss:
-keep a memoir of what you need
-eat a honourable breakfast during the day
-eat slowly
-eat your favorite foods
-avoid second-hand goods foods
-eat smaller portion meals
-make a plan to avoid boredom, motive you might eat
-set a convincing goal
-start exercising, do cardio
-imagine a on top form and leaner you every time you wake up
If you want to lose those 4 pounds, you can do it in 1 month. You will have to drink less, to be precise all. Reduce around 500 calories from your each day intake everyday.
you should increase your exercise and eat smaller quantity. you will lose 4 lbs with no problem. appropriate luck :)
