hi everyone...
i m 22yr .. i m 5.4 feet high-ceilinged and have 130 lbs..i hold my wedding contained by coming summer.. i really would like to loose 20 lb b4 that time..
i did work on threadmill for similar to 30 min a day for almost a month..but simply 2 lbs has be lost.. i m really dissapointed..i dont know what else to do..
should i discuss with my doctor for taking some diet pills?..
i do startle to try diet pills bzc of their side effect..
any advise?
my day after day eating is simple.
i generally dont eat breakfast..
for lunch i own bowl of rice and two slice of cooked meat..
dinner also the same.. Eat this and you'll lose!
Breakfast- bowl of oatmeal and 1/2 grapefruit
am snack- 1/2 chicken breast & 1/2 cup of vegetables
lunch- small sweet potato, small portion of chicken, turkey or pork, and vegetable
pm snack- other 1/2 chicken breast and veggie
dinner- a protein and vegetable afterwards later that evening munch through an apple, other 1/2 of grapefruit or berries.
Cut out your salt and sugar! You'll loose!
I'll afford you some good direction on mine.yes! its possible to loose 20lbs before your celebratory,but you just hold to do your tredmill cardio early surrounded by the morning then put away your breakfast.That would help you loose weightiness faster.When people usaly dont guzzle breakfast they have no spirit trough out the day and make them feel languorous and not to anything and thats when you gain weight
