You don't ever go hungry, you don't own to exercise (although it's better if you do) and you shouldn't take pills when on Atkins.
diet and exercise. also drinking rime cold water can burn alot of calories because your body have to heat it up. and alot of vegetables in actuality have distrustful calories so try eating alot of those. the more of them you put away, the more weight you lose. you don't hold to starve yourself to lose weight, you can munch through as much as you want. and it's healthy so that's a plus :) and ingestion alot of protein will help too. well brought-up luck!
