I find my moods swinging so often n that kinda really works against me... Im lively this moment and i dont know what happens to me the subsequent moment and i either lash out at ppl or capture on the bed and cry like crazy...im 17 and i may be depressed but i dont want to c a doc... any minister to? No, don't call a doctor, unless you truly surmise you're depressed, like if something lately has happen recently that could hold made you sad, depression is run of the mill, but if the depression lasts for more than two weeks, you should probably confer to someone. I can surely say that chocolate and peanut butter are trunk pick-me-ups, so you can try turning to a resess pb cup. If you're looking for a healthier snack, even though it's little kidish, "ants on a log" is yummy no business how old you are. Peanut butter - the pick me up, celery - it's still able-bodied (at least I wouldn't verbs about it, and I'm simply over 100 lbs...) And optional raisins - on top form (and tasty to me).
