Ok before you guys start recounting me I can end up sick and adjectives that crap and i'll just gain the cargo back and my body will walk into starvation mood I ALL READY KNOW!!
I need to lose a spur-of-the-moment 20lbs by feb 5
I know I prob will gain all the freight once I start eating 3 meal a day
I be gonna go on this plan for around 2 months or so
bk:2/4 of a green apple
lunch:1 slice of pizza, or on sumdays 1 bowl of a salad
dinner:2/4 of a green apple with a cup of milk
do you reason I hould be able to lose around 20lbs
my status is
elevation:5'6
weight:140lbs
gw:120lbs if you do this, construct sure u take a multi vitamin every time
also, drink lots of water.. no it wont formulate u bloated - it will do the opposite
lastly, produce sure to stay active but DONT workout on this few of calories
p.s. pizza truly is a good food as it can cover basically about adjectives of the food groups but dont eat the crust!
more p.s. u can guzzle all the lettuce and celery and such veggies u want as they hold few calories and loads of vitamins and good for your skin (vitamin a) purely dont cover it in creamy dressing.. use a flavoured oil/vinegar type and hold it on the side, just dip respectively 'fork-full'
