Did I lately simply reck my work out?

I ran for 25 minutes beside a 5 minute walk at the train.
After that I filled a bowl near special k cereal? is this blowing my work out? i love eating big breakfasts.. and I usually stuff my bowl up. I cant imagine intake only 3/4 of a cup!
My guess of how much be probably...2 1/4 cups.
with some soy milk.
Is this really horrible? And is it similar to i blew my workout? NO! not at all.. get through a big breakfast, a medium size lunch and a smaller dinner. You're doing a great career!
(I'm with you.. 3/4 a cup of cereal is not worth dirtying the bowl!!)
special k is designed to crawl you up with smaller quantity of the junk so my suggestion is to not verbs about it unless you see a drastic transmute in your solidity!! you are already doing great with the soy milk
hold it up!!
it only become a problem if you are overeating (getting too many calories). not a soul would be satisfied on some meager 3/4 cup especially after running resembling that. you need food to get better and for energy for the rest of the daylight. as long as you watch your calories and spread them out through the afternoon you are fine.
