1cup skim milk
1 red
Lunch:
2 whole pellet toasts
1 can tuna
2% yogurt
2 kiwis
Snack:
10 carrots beside healthy fruit farm dip
Dinner:
Macaroni soup(3/4cup dry macaroni with tomatoe juice)
2% yogurt
handfull of cashews
I'm single 5'1 16 yrs old be this too much food?? If you are NOT overweight - there is no defence to watch what you get through so carefully...
At your age, you necessitate some fat & carbs within your diet to keep you influential
