Im so close to my goal so i thought i would fashion my diet a little harder. Speed it up so i can conquer my goal for Feb 8th (One Month) Heres the plan i enjoy, tell me if its any accurate?
MORNING.
Porridge With Weight Watchers Jam.
1Hour Walk/Jog.
150 Leg Lifts
150 Crunches
Air Walker 15mins.
Afternoon
Fruit Smoothie
Gym...
Treadmill (Half an hour run)
Treadmill (An hour speed walk up hill)
Bike (10-15mins)
Weights, Stomach, Bum, Hips, Legs. (200 each)
& Then meander home from the gym.
Im 109Lbs, 5ft 3. Im wanting to loose that extra 9Pounds & tone up MORE in one month, Possible if i stick to this plan?? Pleasee answer. x What in the region of lunch? and dinner?
Eating is important, and if you do not drink while exercising, and then you cut spinal column on the exercising, you will gain all the mass back.
Try to catch rid of the weight without risk, as eating so little food is ailing. Eating lean proteins such as chicken and fish will help you build muscle, and muscle burns fleshy. Also, eating fiber-rich foods close to fruits and vegetables will also help you lose cargo.
Be smart, do it right.
