Diet Pills?

I am not big on taking any kind of diet aids, but I want a little boost.
Has anyone have any success w/diet pills and if so, which one?
I don't want anything that could be dicey. You do remember Phen-fen? That was a diet aid that cause many populace much suffering.
I'm sure that some diet pills do work by artificially altering your hunger response or your metabolism. The problem is, once you stop taking the pills, you begin to gain pay for all the counterweight you lost. Worse, if you've toyed with your metabolism long plenty, you may even gain back more shipment than you lost.
Don't take diet pills. Besides one risky to your health, the just thing they ineradicably reduce is the number of dollars surrounded by your wallet.
Eat less. Exercise more. That's the single sane and healthy course to get the counterweight off, and keep hold of it off for go.
please don't take them for your form. They have horrible side effects and the risk isn't worth it. plus most don't work. You should only just start dieting and eating natural and exercising more. Trust me the amout of weight you lose contained by the first week will be motivation enough =]
