Any excercises that hastily burn lubricant, and build muscle?

anything thats easy to do minus special equipment? Seriously.....run, jog at any speed, for long or short distances 5 or more days a week. Drink loads of sea and stay away from the junk food. If running doesn't do for you, try walking-its also greatly good. But to build muscle along the agency, look at exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups and squats. They don't require equipment and you can get alot out of them.
