I am doing really great during the week. It's the weekend I have so much trouble next to! When I'm going to school, I hold a better sense of schedule for exersise and diet. The weekend it thorny. I', either sitting at home doing nought the entire time. (I don't have a saloon yet.) Or I'm out next to my friends, and of course, they don't enjoy to watch their counterbalance so we go get through out. Usually, I can deal near eating out, thought. It's the sitting at home and my people getting takeout on weekends so much that's hard.
Any adivice? I work out Mon-Fri. doing 45-115 minutes of cardio a hours of daylight. My diet during the week is great. I feel really confident almost that. It's the weekends. I don't know how old you are. But try consignment watchers. You can do it on line or you can find a congregation near you. They drill you about how to net good food choices, even if your ingestion out. I can follow their plan easily, and I munch through out for almost every meal every daytime.

instead of just sitting at home, help yourself to walks. if you hold a dog that would be a good course to get out of the house. if your weekends are expected as a break from the long workouts, then craft it that. i suggest to walk within the neighborhood. you dont have a saloon, so that is a better source for you to walk down to the store and pick you up a decent munch or meal while your house orders take-out. you can barn dance around in your room, as long as your ok if anyone accidentally open the door. try to keep moving around and stuff that will still hold you active. dont sit around adjectives day.
