I'm 16, 5'6 and weigh 150 pounds. I want to lose 30 pounds. What's the fastest way to do this? I've be on my diet for a week, have exercised every light of day, eat well again,but have see no improvements. you have to agree to your body get used to the certainty that you are working out. And by dieting, i hope you mean drinking healthy and not following some complicated diet near points or specially portions. The trick to dieting is to not think more or less it so much. exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes and eat 5 or 6 small wholesome meals a time.
this will shed the 30lbs in no time

dispense it a month and if it doesnt look like you own lost weight afterwards question again
