Did I do worthy today?

I'm 13 and I am trying to lose some weight =)
Breakfast - zilch (no time)
Lunch - 1 single serving Smartfood Popcorn - 100 calories
Snack - Cape Cod Baked Potato Chips, single serving -130 calories & 1 cup grapes - not sure how many calories this is.
Dinner - 1 Hamburger w/o bun. 1 teaspoon ketchup. 1 cup french fries (all homemade and baked, not fried)
Excersize - Gym Class, we played Volleyball for 1 hour. Guessing loss of 300 calories
Treadmill for 1 1/4 miles - 150 calories lost.
Is this an Okay hours of daylight? I know I need to get through breakfast and eat more for lunch, but I didn't own enough money to buy anything surrounded by my cafeteria, and I woke up super late this morning. You did biddable. (: Try eating more strong though. Replace the popcorn and chips with vegetables and fruit! And it's okay to devour carbohydrates love, you need them. you could enjoy had a WHOLE wheat hamburger bun near your hamburger.
That seems fine near me :D
but tommorrow, just drink a little more.

well the calories are low but where's adjectives your nutrition? don't waste 100 calories on popcorn and crisps! or chips! are you insane. apart from some grapes everything be unhealthy. ever hear of 5 a day? or a in proportion diet? you're going to make yourself bad

Did i drink in good health today?

ok did i eat very well today
Breakfast- granola cereal, milk, water
university lunch which was- piece of ham, some salad, a pickle, potatoes
Snack- apples and pb
Dinner- salad yes u did. but i'd say u munch through a bit more. unless u're overweight.

Did I drink nourishing today?

Okay so I'm a 13 year old girl and I try and stay nourishing. I'm not trying to lose weight, but I started mortal healthier ending year and I feel much better. Here it is:
Breakfast-
1 bagel near 1 tbsp organic pb
1 banana
milk
Lunch-
turkey and lettuce sub
apple
side salad near light italian
milk
Snack-
kashi granola handrail
Snack-
orange
Dinner-
homemade turkey burger beside lettuce, tomato, onion, and ketchup on a whole wheat bun.
baked potato
broccoli
Dessert- 3 mini pieces of chocolate
I bought today at institution so the turkey sub was on white bread instead of wheat resembling I usually have so it wasn't as fitting.(it was the healthiest option) Does this sounds apt? I also jump-roped for about 20 min. Is this satisfactory, too much, or pretty good? Any suggestions or warning are appreciated! Thanks :) Good for you. It is good to see or hear of someone starting out young-looking eating full-bodied and taking care of yourself. It will sustain you later within life. Keep up the pious work.
that is best!...and its ok to eat white breads(and other things) every once within a while...

Did I lately simply reck my work out?

I ran for 25 minutes beside a 5 minute walk at the train.
After that I filled a bowl near special k cereal? is this blowing my work out? i love eating big breakfasts.. and I usually stuff my bowl up. I cant imagine intake only 3/4 of a cup!
My guess of how much be probably...2 1/4 cups.
with some soy milk.
Is this really horrible? And is it similar to i blew my workout? NO! not at all.. get through a big breakfast, a medium size lunch and a smaller dinner. You're doing a great career!
(I'm with you.. 3/4 a cup of cereal is not worth dirtying the bowl!!)
special k is designed to crawl you up with smaller quantity of the junk so my suggestion is to not verbs about it unless you see a drastic transmute in your solidity!! you are already doing great with the soy milk
hold it up!!
it only become a problem if you are overeating (getting too many calories). not a soul would be satisfied on some meager 3/4 cup especially after running resembling that. you need food to get better and for energy for the rest of the daylight. as long as you watch your calories and spread them out through the afternoon you are fine.

Did I lose counterweight?

Ok so since wednesday I have be walking and cutting out on unwanted items food. Wednesday I walked 30 minutes. Thursday I walk an hour (30 minutes when I woke up and 30 minutes in the evening) and on friday I walk an hour too (30 minutes when I got up and 30 minutes surrounded by the evening). So I stepped on the scale and until that time it said 263-264. Now it says 261 and 1 ounce. I dont know if that be water cargo or what. Its supposed to be very cold tommorow. Should I hike like 15 minutes instead of 30? Like tramp 15 minutes when I get up and 15 minutes surrounded by the evening?
I havent been intake no junk food and only just eating everyday. And drinking no soda I think your doing tremendously well but even when its cold, you should newly stink to the same times on every bearing because if you walk smaller amount you body may not be able to handly every time you renovation you walking time...
I no i'm a personnal fitness instructioner..

ok im not trying to lose weight only just eat well again options
Breakfast- wheat toast near natural peanut butter and jelly
Lunch-(school) Barbacue sandwich, cottage cheese, mini case of sun chips
Snack- Apple and peanut butter
Dinner- strawberry smoothie well try individual having one peanut butter item a day.
no barbeque sandwich... anything that is it doesnt nouns healthy at adjectives. try lean meats close to turkey or chicken with wheat bread and surrounded by any sandwich NO MAYO. maybe append some lettuce and a slice of tomato.
you need more fruits and veggies.
you obligation way more at dinner!
you want 1 serving of a veggie, 1 serving of a meat etc, and 1 serving of like rice or potatoes etc.
and after have a strawberry smoothie (like next to ice and strawberries and stuff... no rime cream and fatty stuff) for dessert.
that is a full-bodied normal diet. not too much not too smaller amount. (since you said school... i considered you be between the ages of 12 and 18 so you need more than you have an idea that since you are still growing and developing)

As long as you ate appropriate proportions you should be fine since you're not trying to lose substance.
Add in vegetables: brocolli, carrot, lettuce, etc

Add more fresh fruit: mango, apples, grapes, oranges. You can get fresh fruit bowls at your local souk.
Healthy meat would be like chicken, pork. Just craft sure they're not fried.
Its a great start. Add some veges in there( carrot sticks,celery next to peanut butter,broccoli,spinach..) , drinks such as skim milk,a bit of juice, chicken... Yum!

2 whole pellet toasts
1 can tuna
2% yogurt
2 kiwis
Snack:
10 carrots beside healthy fruit farm dip
Dinner:
Macaroni soup(3/4cup dry macaroni with tomatoe juice)
2% yogurt
handfull of cashews
I'm single 5'1 16 yrs old be this too much food?? If you are NOT overweight - there is no defence to watch what you get through so carefully...
At your age, you necessitate some fat & carbs within your diet to keep you influential
yea, except dont put butter on your toast.
