i took a diet pill yesterday an it made me feel jittery and i couldnt sleep and i also didnt chomp through at all yesterday, i have no appitate is this normal? Yeah i used xenadrine for a while. After a few days your body will adjust to it. You will still touch energized, just not as jittery. Even if you dont own an appetite, i suggest eating something. When I dont guzzle when i take diet pills I carry really sick. And your body needs food whether you perceive like you do or not. Good luck and be undisruptive!
No you should stop taking it, this pill it is probablly way too strong for you. You must still get through when taking diet pills. Check the dosage they recommend and try taking half of that if you are not prepared to stop taking the pills all together. Be nontoxic.
