Hi. Let me first say, I am not asking for "miracle pill" to lend a hand lose weight. I know I enjoy to work at it myself too. I am working out 5 days a week and trying to eat right (I don't get through perfect, but I am on the road to recovery!). Is there something anyone can reccommed that will sustain boost weight loss? Something that really works? I am adjectives ears! More protein. less carbs (although don't cut them out.) Eat smaller portions more times throughout the year to keep your metabolism up. When you do the aerobic constituent of your exercise, increase the intensity one minute at a time and then on the 5th minute run back down to the start and repeat, for twenty minutes. Don't do long workouts, it wastelands time because you do not effectively burn fat. Be sure to include some freight training. Muscle makes you burn tubby faster and for the long haul. Treat yourself once within a while (like once a week) with something you've be craving... even if it's double chocolate fudge and whipped cream. Then bring right back on the fighting fit food the next hours of daylight. That's what I do and it workks.
I would go near supplements. Eat a well in proportion diet, that means portion control, fruits and vegetables, plenty of protein. Whatever you are not getting within your diet you can buy a supplement for. You'll find the better you eat, the smaller amount the need for supplements. A diet pill will with the sole purpose make you shakey and is a fast fix. You can't be on diet pills your whole go. But, a well suspended diet, a piece of cake! Well maybe not cake. Good luck!
