Ok, holidays are over, am booked for June 4th for overseas and want to lose 15 or 20 lbs. I see weight watchers mentioned greatly on here as the way to move about.
Questions.Do you eat regular foods on this diet? count calories? or do you enjoy to buy those packaged meal?
Son joined one of the package programs and those meals sucked...no route to stay on that stuff. I have microwave at department if needed. Do they have anything to backing control the sweet cravings? yeah I'm a chocoholic. Thanks weight watchers is a 'diet' where on earth you eat adjectives real food, you purely count 'points' according to the program. There are 2 programs to choose from..the Points System and the Core System. The points system gives you a abiding number of points daily (based on your largeness, weight, age, sex & each day activity). The core system is a bit stricter, you are limited on the types of foods you devour (mainly you stay away from any processed foods and breads).
Both work very resourcefully...I am on the Core program myself and my husband is on Points. Our first week I lost 6 pounds and he lost 12, so it IS a good diet to do.
The best is, if you plan ahead, you can even get through out and not worry around going off your diet.
You munch through regular food and they do it by points. You can even eat prompt food. I agree, pkg food sucks.
