I'm 15 this year, an Asian(chinese), goes to arts school in the morning from 6.00 to 2.00 pm(normally), and hottest at 7.00 pm.
My house has no gym adjacent, or swimming pools, and not even any dumbbells.
Status: I'm 162cm, weighs 50-51 kg. Has constipation sometimes (2 days once).
What can I do within order to develop my slimness, and at the same time grow healthily (especially on stage ='[ ) ? Oh and, my thighs are fat. (yes, tubby. no muscles. esp after I quit ballet.)
Please support by listing out the routine of my diet plan. Thank you! 10 points for sincerity! :D:D:D Eat full-bodied, lots of fruits and veggies...avoid fried and fatty foods.
Never eat until that time going to bed.
Drink plenty of water...6-8 goggles a day.
No soda pop.
"Daily" exercise, walking/hiking, bike riding, swimming, dance...food is fuel, energy for the body, in need exercise the energy is impracticable so the body stores it as fat.
If anything you are too skinny! you are oly a couple inches shorter han me and you weigh close to 30 kg less and I'm skinny.
