I am 14 years old(going to be 15 in a couple weeks)
when college started i was around 92-94 pounds...
but presently i weigh about 100..
*-I dont get through a blanced diet
*-i drink alot of soda
*- i used to be very athletic but this year im contained by no sports
but next year i will be
here are my question:
~should i start running on the tred-mill to get surrounded by shape for next year?
~should i stop drinking soda & drink lipton green tea instead?
~what are some dutiful foods i could eat instead of cast-offs
food? SWEETIE YOU ARE THE PERFECT WEIGHT!what i wish i be now i'm young at heart and like 112!!stop trying to starve yourself!
in good health get rotten the soda and drink WATER its so much better for you and start eating a fair diet and yes start to run its good for you HEART. when you run to the store with your mom speak on the outside of the isles because that where adjectives the good stuff is similar to salad, dairy, and protean
