Diet aid 4 teen .....relief!!?

in 1 month my conservatory is having a v-day hop.i never wear dresses but have 2 wear 1, 4 this.I own thick legs and round arm.help me find away 2 slim down in a hurry

pss dont tell me im 2 youthful 4 a diet find daily calorie intake calculator on the network, enter all your stats and it will relay you how many calories you obligation a day to verbs, take past its sell-by date 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you call for to lose.
eat 5-6 small meal a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a hours of daylight (have lots of veggies to eat within between meals if you are still hungry)
8 goggles of water -carry bottle of marine with you and when you quality hungry drink it - we often verbs hunger with thirst (our bodies verbs it)

Well you should just monitor what you devour and exorcise a lot. Maybe you could try finding a dress that somewhat hide your imperfections, approaching a floor legnth dress with long sleeves or those really big sleeves that don't hug your arm or anything.
