i'm 5'5", 15 yrs. , and about 125 pounds...i want to walk on a diet..nothing primary like losing 20 pounds or nething mb 5 or 10? what is some athletic food to buy at like a local grocery store? and i already own an ab work out and run on the treadmile..any more workouts i need to shed those lbs? At 5'5 your just the thing weight would be 125 lbs so at 125 lbs your weightiness is absolutely unflawed.
Perhaps you are just fishing for compliments. You don't own any weight problems doesn`t matter what.
