Diet and work out plan needed for 21 y/o womanly please relief?

My daughter has told me she desires to lose 20-25 pounds and wants to devour healthy(er), and start doing exerciszes.
She is 21 and I will say does not hold healty eating habbits. What I would approaching to have is a detail of healty drinks she should be drinking, right now its soda and gateoraid, and activeness drinks.
She east a lot she eat candy, chips, stake, fast food, and I belive she over eat. What should she be eating and how much.
Another things is that I get the impression she eats route too last at hours of darkness eating at similar to 9 or 10 and even 11pm!
For working out she walks maby once or twice a week.
She wishes to lose her tummy, upper arm flab, love handles, thighs and butt.
Please assist, ideas and tips would be great, perchance a list of what she should buy to put away and drink etc..
Thanks in finance for any help! enlighten her to stop eating anything that comes surrounded by a box, or package. By this i denote she should be filing up on TRUE whole foods. Lean protein and a great deal of fruits and veggies. Nothing pre-packaged because its loaded with invisible calories, not to mention harmful chemicals.
Her diet should consist of apples, oranges, grapefruits, and melons. Also berries are unbelievably high contained by anti-oxidants and other nutrients.
Lots of veggies: broccoli, spinach, salad greens, cucumbers etc.
Lean protein: white tuna, chicken breast (skinless), turkey breast and white fishes like sole, flounder, and halibut.
Beverages: tea (unsweetened), hose down (1/2 gallon per day) NOTHING CARBONATED
Limit sugars and starches.. The weight will pour rotten.

lay off the second-hand goods! eat 3 meal a day and exercise at smallest an hour evry day!! yoga is suitable
