drinking wise:
breakfast:

lunch- 1 chalice of water, can of tuna on crackers. nil added to tuna.- 200 calories
snack- glass of dampen, apple, and 1/3 cup of dried cranerries(all natural)
dinner: chicken(1 serving) and glass of skim milk
desert: yoplait yogurt neutral and fat free -110 calories
