i mean i see the comercials but it never says if its a diet plan or a exersize plan or sumthing
and on the comercial on the verry bottom it sais results not typical

No it didn't.
i tried it twice and it really didn't work for me.
I did try this diet plan and lost 18 pounds contained by 4 weeks time.
to get started no soda drink a gallon of hose down a day spring or distill no hit water!! or crystal reading light for your meals.
Breakfast put away 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit.
Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables near light grease 1 teaspoon and a fruit.
Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast near Mrs. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.
no eating after 7pm !!
do 250 sit-ups contained by the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.
Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other morning.
Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or walk briskly in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bleak out.
Try this for 4 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose freight.

I tried Jenny and it was a total throw away of money. I lost 3 lbs in 2 months!! what a disappointment. The food is loaded next to salt and I matched the nutrional advantage with Lean Cuisine and it turned out the Lean Cuisine be actually lower contained by fat. All those pre package food is loaded in saline and that will keep you bloated and lift up your blood pressure..
