Are there any correct tasting foods that pack you up and have little calories? It's not the calories you should verbs about, the level of fat. E.g Pasta have some calories but most of it is made up of carbohydrate. A healthy diet is not one where on earth you eat as smaller amount as you can, it's one where you devour your fair share of protein, cellulose fat and Carbohydrate. Pasta, rice, fruit.
Eating foods that are dignified in lean protein (like chicken or fish) will relieve you stay full longer. Also try foods that are high within fiber which will give you a longer remaining feeling of fullness.
