I am wondering do I need to furnish up diet colas in directive to diet. I am trying to lose about 20 lbs within 4 months (5lbs/month). Just a challenge I own given myself.
I use to drink plenty of cola's but I know that doesn't help so I am coming down flowing by switching to diet cokes/pepsi (even coke zero).
Can I still diet, lose weight and drink diet drinks? You could, but it will speed up the freight loss process if you do cut them out altogether, or maybe demarcate yourself to just one a afternoon.
While diet sodas don't have the calories or sugar content of most regular soda, they do hold a lot of sodium, which can spawn you feel more thirsty and surface bloated. The carbonation in soda, diet or otherwise, will also add on to the bloated feeling.
It's better to cut out soda adjectives together. Sugar substitutes are full of chemicals, and you'd be better off drinking a TRUE cola.
However, if you can't live without soda, one or two diet drinks a morning won't hurt or hinder your substance loss.
Some studies show that diet soda usually doesn't help u when you're dieting. Something within the diet soda makes most relatives tempted to snack more. Good luck!
