I am a male and perceive quite short at 5'5. Is nearby any stretches you think I could do on a daily basis to help maximize my rise becuz i feel short. Any tips would be appreciated. posture could be an issue, if u hold some abnormal shoulder curve, though. check w/ ur doc to determine this. Do some posture helping excersises, and u can stand taller. they will back u carry urself complex. hold ur head hindmost , but don't "griaffe" it. u should have a slight curve within ur neck. lay on ur hindmost with a pillow or two underneath ur shoulder blades will help instigate ur back. my chiropractor told me so. don't over do it though. u can verbs something. do it for like 5-10 mins. next lay on ur stomach, and put ur arms to ur sides, and lift ur lead for ten seconds as a stretch nearly 10 times.
